The trick isn't packing less of everything. It's packing fewer kinds of things and wearing them more often. Four tops, two bottoms, one warm layer, one jacket that behaves in rain. Everything shares a colour family so it all works together. Rolling beats folding, packing cubes beat hope, and a sink wash every third night beats a suitcase you can't lift.
